Workshop Details
Join us for a 90-minute guided meditation and gentle yoga session focused on personal and social cohesion, yoga experience and equipment not necessary. Our workshop will begin with a brief interactive session during which participants will be invited to reflect on and – if comfortable – share their thoughts and feelings about living and working in the midst of a pandemic requiring long-term physical distancing. Come release mental and physical tension to find more mobility, resilience and ease.
