“Happiness is not something you postpone for the future; it is something that you design for the present.”

- Jim Rohn

Why life coaching?
It can be difficult to make changes in your life to get a desired outcome. Life coaching is a valuable investment to help guide you in making changes, form new habits, and reach your goals. A coach will help you map out a plan, hold you accountable to your actions, dig deeper into behaviors that have previously created roadblocks, and celebrate your success along the way!
My Philosophy
I am dedicated to providing a positive experience to help clients step into their best self. Through thoughtful listening, personalized plans of action, and continued support, you will reach your individual goals, change habits, and navigate through roadblocks. Clients will learn skills and techniques to help them achieve their vision not only during the coaching period but after sessions are complete.
Different from therapy which focuses on your mental health and emotional healing, life coaching focuses on the present and provides support for you to set and reach your goals.

Having someone by your side to support you makes all the difference!

Testimonials

"From our first meeting via Skype, Sarah really made me think about the goals I wanted to work on and why, and she approached everything we did with such an uplifting and positive attitude. This helped me to focus on the areas I really wanted to improve in my life, and structure my goals in a way that I'd never thought of before. Sarah's continual positive reinforcement helped me to achieve my goals in a way that was truly a wonderful and pleasurable experience. I looked forward to each of our meetings, and I can't begin to thank her for everything she's done for me!"

"Working with Sarah these past three months has been amazing. She is an excellent health coach. She taught me a lot of new information, especially about good ways to eat. Sarah has strategies to turn this new information into habits. This is not flash-in-the pan stuff. Her strategies work and I feel confident my new habits are here to stay. She worked with me especially to make that happen. She is insightful, funny, wise. She knows how to listen and encourage. She has great skill at “reframing" and this allowed me see old things in new (better) ways. I met all my goals and I feel wonderful about that. I am really happy I tried working with a coach. It was 100% worth the time and investment. I made changes I have struggled for years to make on my own. Sarah is a great choice for a coach. You will have success working with her."
