This class incorporates the most therapeutic aspects of yoga to build body awareness, still the mind, and create an environment of non-resistance while gently building strength through poses, breath work and relaxation.

Friday morning Hatha takes a gentle approach, with a focus on breath and mindful movement. Appropriate for all levels of experience and capability.

Why I love my work

Yoga Therapy is a wonderful, compassionate and challenging way to peel the layers which keep us from our joy. It is a privilege to work with folks managing chronic pain and other maladies we are forced to cope with. For my clients, a time comes when they can no longer neglect self-care and must choose to focus on THIS breath. Through yoga philosophy, some very credible neuroscience, and our own potential, we have everything we need for transformation. I have the utmost respect for and am deeply humbled by the people I serve.
