Contemporary with Walker (Choreography Class) Sat @ 10am Share your spirit with celebratory dances of life choreographed each week. Dive into multiple dimensions of your conscious and emotional 'self' with the support of Walker. All movement stories are influenced by styles in contemporary, modern, jazz, lyrical and acro-dance. This class is designed as a "permission engine" for public sharing of your emotional side. All levels welcome and encouraged. This class is designed for someone looking for a great workout that will push you and leave you sore in new areas. Big focus on proper form and working within your limits. I also weave in fun plyometric and speed drills to keep things fun and playful.
