Nancy Matos
Nancy is a Polestar Pilates, Pilates Method Alliance Certified Instructor and owner of Pilates Strong in Miami, FL. Her mission is to give you an awesome workout that will leave you coming back for more. She will challenge and improve your stamina, strength and flexibility while reminding you how awesome you are and will become.
Christi Idavoy
Christina is a Polestar Pilates Senior Educator, Yoga, Meditation, and GYROTONIC® instructor. Christi’s teaching style is captivating and educational, leaving her students feeling like they’ve received more than a work-out, but rather a deeper sense of connection and understanding of themselves. She currently lives in Costa Rica.
Jamie Dowd
Jamie is co-founder of The Floor, teacher, dancer and mother. Jamie’s teaching approach is informed by her classical ballet training, and anatomical knowledge. Her class focuses on incremental progress to build endurance and challenge oneself effectively.
Loren Davidson
Loren currently performs with Adele Myers and Dancers and Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre. She is Pilates instructor and mentor at Polestar Pilates where she continues to develop creative healing rituals and movement curriculum within a variety of modalities, using the wisdom of each individual body to create sustainable movement practices.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I can’t make any or all the sessions?
All classes will be recorded and links to the recordings will be emailed out shortly after each class. Recordings will be available for 24 hours.
What if I’ve never taken a Pilates class before?
No problem. These classes will be aimed at all levels.
What do I need for these classes?
A mat or props or leggings or a good camera are not required. If you have them, great! If not, great! Really all you need is you and a nice glass of water.
